1. Services Provided

Benevides Plumbing Service, LLC provides residential and commercial plumbing services, renovations, and maintenance. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor in the State of Hawaii (License No. C-26709).

2. Estimates & Pricing

• Estimates: Any estimate provided is an approximation of costs based on visible conditions.

• Unforeseen Conditions: Plumbing work often involves hidden variables (e.g., corroded pipes behind walls, non-code compliant existing structures). If additional work is required, we will notify you of the adjusted cost before proceeding.

• Emergency Rates: Services requested outside of standard business hours may be subject to emergency service premiums.

3. Payments & Cancellations

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. We reserve the right to request a deposit for large-scale renovations or special-order parts.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a service call fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure that the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians.

• The customer is responsible for identifying the location of all underground services (if applicable) and ensuring all necessary permits (if not explicitly handled by us) are in place.

5. Limited Warranty & Liability

• Workmanship: We provide a limited warranty on our labor for a period specified in your individual service contract.

• Manufacturer Parts: Warranties for parts, fixtures, or appliances (e.g., water heaters) are provided solely by the manufacturer.

• Liability: Benevides Plumbing Service, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, mold, or structural issues discovered during the course of work, nor for incidental water damage resulting from the failure of aged or non-compliant plumbing systems.

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Benevides Plumbing Service, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in the courts of the County of Hawaii.
